You, as the owner of a contact label, certainly understand the hassle to share the contact labels with a new team member each time it needs to be delegated to them. But, we are here to solve this, once and for all!
Now, you can easily share the contact labels with your team members with the permission to re-share them with others, when needed, without getting authorization from the contact owner and we are exactly going to show you how in the next couple of minutes!
Before we begin, you need to make sure that you already have the Chrome Extension of Shared Contacts for Gmail installed.
If you do not already have it, you can easily add it to Google Chrome by clicking here.
Now, simply follow the steps below:
1. Go to Google Contacts and hover over a contact label that you want to share with re-sharing permissions with your team. Click on the share button as shown in the video.
2. Now, in the pop-up window, enter the name or email of the person(s) you want to share the label with and click on Share.
3. Now in the new pop-up window, click on the drop down and click on Share and then save changes and it is done!
